The Sophia Library is a specialist collection of fiction and non-fiction books, periodicals, DVDs, audio and video tapes for loan and for reference. 

Subject areas include psychology, scripture, women’s studies, spiritual life, meditation and prayer in the lives of women.

There are also books on feminist, social, health and ecological concerns and social justice issues in addition to small history, fiction and poetry sections.

The Annual Booksale raising funds for Sophia Library commenced on Friday 2 May and will continue until the end of the month, or until sold out. Come and browse through the wide selection of books and assorted extras. You’re sure to find something to take home for a small donation.

DONATIONS WELCOME

The Sophia Library is available to the general public for browsing. Library members and financial members of Sophia are entitled to borrow items and procedures for borrowing are posted in the Library.

Library membership is $20, $15 concession.

Opening hours: Tuesday - Fridays 9.30am to 5.00pm (Sophia office hours) and on weekends and evenings when activities are being held at Sophia.
